I. Description of functions and features
1 General layout of the machine
VMC850 vertical machining centre adopts the structure of vertical frame layout, column fixed on the bed, spindle box moving up and down along the column (Z direction), slide moving longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), table moving transversely along the slide (X direction).
Bed, table, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron materials, these large parts of the three-dimensional computer software-aided design optimisation, reasonable arrangement of the fascia, with a perfect heat treatment process to eliminate residual stress, to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
2 System
CNC system standard configuration KND2000 control system and drive, full-featured, easy to operate; standard RS-232 communication interface, USB socket and related software, with DNC online machining function.
3 Drag system
X, Y, axis guideway vice Taiwan on the silver 35mm rolling linear guide, dynamic and static friction is small, wear small positioning accuracy, high sensitivity, high-speed vibration is small, long service life, interchangeability, servo-driven performance is excellent, to improve the accuracy of the machine tool and precision stability.
X, Y, Z-axis servo motors are directly connected with ball screws through elastic coupling, which reduces intermediate links and realises gapless transmission, flexible feeding, accurate positioning and high transmission precision.
The Z-axis servo motor is equipped with the function of automatic holding brake, which can automatically hold the motor shaft tightly in case of power failure, so that it can not rotate and play a role of safety protection.
4 Spindle set
The spindle set adopts Taiwan DeSpeed, with a speed of 8000rpm and high precision and rigidity. The bearing adopts NSK bearing for P4 grade spindle, and the whole set of spindle passes the dynamic balance correction and running-in test after assembled under constant temperature, which improves the service life and reliability of the whole set of spindle.
The spindle can achieve stepless speed regulation within its speed range, and the spindle is controlled by the built-in encoder of the motor, which can achieve the spindle orientation and rigid tapping function.
5 Tool magazine
Adopting Taiwan DeSpeed disc type 24 tool magazines, installed on the side of the column, the tool disc is pushed to move left and right by the cylinder when changing the tool, the cylinder is equipped with proximity switches to ensure the accuracy of the tool changing position, after the tool disc arrives at the tool changing position, the spindle moves up and down to achieve the tool return and catch the tool, the tool changing process is simple and reliable.
6 Cutting cooling system
Equipped with high-flow cooling pump and large-capacity water tank to fully ensure the circulation of cooling, cooling pump power is 450W, 28L/min high-flow cooling pump, fully provide cooling.
The spindle box end face is equipped with cooling nozzles, which can be water-cooled or air-cooled, and can be switched at will.
Equipped with cleaning air gun, used to clean the machine tool.
7 Pneumatic system
The pneumatic triplex can filter the impurities and moisture in the gas source to prevent the impure gas from damaging and corroding the machine parts. The solenoid valve group is controlled by PLC program to ensure that the actions of spindle loosening, spindle centre blowing, spindle clamping and spindle air-cooling can be completed quickly and accurately.
8 Machine protection
The machine tool adopts the protection room in accordance with the safety standard, which not only prevents the coolant from splashing, but also ensures the operation safety and pleasant appearance. Each guideway of the machine has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the interior of the machine, and to protect the guideway and ball screw from abrasion and corrosion.
9 Lubrication system
The guide rail and ball screw sub adopt centralised automatic thin oil lubrication, and each node is equipped with quantitative oil distributor, which injects oil into each lubrication part regularly and quantitatively to ensure even lubrication of each sliding surface, which effectively reduces friction resistance, improves motion precision and ensures the service life of ball screw sub and guide rail.
10 Chip removal system
The iron chips generated in the process of machining fall directly onto the protection room, and the slanting structure inside the protection makes the iron chips smoothly slide down to the chip removal slot, and then taken out through the drawer.
11 Machine tool working conditions
